The aim is to use bees as a medium for interaction, growth, integration, health and to provide an even better environment for the bees themselves through these mediums.
Hives can be kept on properties and people can either just enjoy the bees or learn to interact with them.
Children can observe and learn through the availability of hives.
Bees can be protected through the provision of swarm control, pest management and greater distribution of hives
Bees, hives, and the associated products, such as honey, wax, building of frames, painting of hives can be used as a method to bring people together and develop common interests, or just as a means to reintegrate and redevelop a sense belonging.
